You Were Made for More Than This

I help people discover who they actually are and build their work and life around that.

What I Do…

I meet people where they are. Whether that's one-on-one coaching, a team workshop, or a keynote, the work is always the same — help you understand how you're wired, trust your decisions, and lead from a place that actually fits you. Different formats, same outcome.

There's a question most people never think to ask.

“How do I align my strengths with the work I’m meant to do?”

Leadership Begins With Awareness

True leadership starts inside. It begins with understanding who you are, what energizes you, and what you stand for.

Through guided coaching and strengths-based development, you discover your natural strengths, understand how to show up authentically, and align your actions with what truly matters to you.

This is not leadership for your career alone. This is leadership for your life, for every choice, every relationship, and every challenge you face.

Meet Eric

When I was 15 a mentor walked me through my strengths for the first time. Then at 24 a leadership coach did it again. Both of them changed my life.

All my friends were AP honors students and I spent a lot of years feeling like the odd one out — the social, curious kid who didn't quite fit the mold. I scored a 21 on my ACT and started at community college. But once I understood how I was wired, everything changed. That kid went on to coach emerging leaders at top academic institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and innovative startups around the country.

That's what I do for people now. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with more than a decade of experience, I help individuals and teams see themselves clearly enough to lead and act with confidence. Because when people finally understand how they're wired, everything changes.

The Results of Leading Yourself First

Most people spend years trying to figure out why they feel stuck. The answer is almost always the same. They don't have a clear picture of who they are, what they're good at, or what they actually stand for.

When that changes, everything else does too.

The people I work with leave with more than clarity. They leave knowing their strengths, trusting their values, and ready to take real steps forward. Not someday. Now. That's true whether you're an individual trying to find your footing, a team learning to work together, or an audience walking out of a room ready to lead differently.

This is what leadership looks like in practice. Not a mountaintop moment. Just a person who finally knows who they are and what to do next.
